If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the returns procedure, and we will issue a full refund, excluding postage costs.

Returns

In compliance with the Distance Selling legislation, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition (package unopened, product unused, etc.). Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods to us. We process refunds daily, but it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your statement due to the processing time of the banks.

Changing or Canceling Orders

For advice on changing or canceling orders, please contact our Customer Services team between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your order number ready. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you will need to follow our Returns procedure for any unwanted products.

Returning Faulty Goods

If your parcel arrives damaged, please do not accept it or report it immediately. In the unlikely event of a damaged parcel, you must report it to us within 24 hours via phone or email. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue.

Other Information

According to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you do not have the right to cancel, refund, or return a product once it has been used, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
